Wenn Bewegung mit einer negativen Erfahrung besetzt ist, dann ist es besser ein anderes Wort zu wählen, das positiv besetzt ist – z.b. ich möchte morgens mich an der frischen Luft austoben und mich danach erfrischt fühlen. Dabei entstehen vielleicht eher positive Assoziationen.
